Work With Lexcura Summit
Bring your clinical judgment to medical-legal work
Lexcura Summit is building a team of licensed clinicians who analyze medical records for attorneys and healthcare organizations. This is not chart review. It's structured clinical analysis that has to stand up to scrutiny.

How this work is different
Most record review jobs ask you to summarize a chart or check it against a list. Our work asks more of you.
You analyze, not summarize.
Every case follows The Lexcura Clinical Intelligence Model™, seven pillars that show what the record proves, where it falls short, and what happened, when.
Every finding must be exact.
Each fact you confirm must match the page it comes from. You open the cited page, check the time, value or wording, and confirm or correct it.
The work is used in legal decisions.
Attorneys and healthcare leaders rely on our reports to decide whether to take a case, how to defend one, or what to fix. Accuracy matters more than speed.
You stay neutral.
We report what the records show, for and against. We don't advocate for either side.
You don't give legal opinions or testify.
Your work supports a screening report. It is not expert testimony and never states that care was negligent.
Confidentiality is strict.
You work only inside our secure system, under a signed confidentiality and business associate agreement. Records are never downloaded, printed, emailed or saved to personal devices.
Case offers
How case offers work
- 01
You're approved.
After your application, license verification and onboarding, you're added to our contractor team in the Lexcura portal.
- 02
A case offer arrives.
When a case is ready, the offer goes out through the Lexcura app at lexcuraanalysis.com to every qualified contractor for that role and specialty.
- 03
First to accept gets the case.
The first qualified contractor to accept the offer is assigned the case. Offers that are already taken close automatically.
- 04
Start within 2 hours, the same day.
Once you accept, you must start work within 2 hours, on the same day. Each offer shows its completion deadline before you accept, so only accept work you can finish on time.
Only accept a case if you can start within 2 hours and finish by the deadline shown. Repeated late starts or missed deadlines may affect future offers.
